Christian Fender

Christian Fender is visiting teaching faculty in the FSU Department of Earth, Ocean, and Atmospheric Science. His research involves exploring new techniques in optical imaging and classification to capture the microscopic particles in the ocean that drive the cycling of carbon, and studying how gelatinous zooplankton affect this carbon cycle as well as the ecology of the environment around them.
