C. Chelsea Nam is an assistant professor in the FSU Department of Earth, Ocean, and Atmospheric Science. She leads the FSU Tropical Cyclone and Radar Research Lab, which focuses on tropical cyclone genesis and intensification, tropical cyclone microphysics, and compound hazards induced by tropical cyclones.
