About
Vincent J.M. Salters is a professor in the FSU Department of Earth, Ocean, and Atmospheric Science. He is the director of the Geochemistry Program at the National Science Foundation Funded, FSU-headquartered National High Magnetic Field Laboratory. Most of Salters' research is concentrated on quantifying processes that ultimately bear on the differentiation of the planet. As most of these processes are igneous, the emphasis of his research is on igneous geochemistry, including isotope geochemistry.
